Making A Purchase
We do try to ensure that all items listed on our website are in stock however we may at times run out of stock of some items. Should this happen we will either remove the item from the website or mark it as awaiting stock. If we take your order for an item but run out of stock before dispatch we will backorder for you. We will endeavour to contact you should this occur with the option to cancel should you wish to. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, MasterCard Delta, Maestro, Paypal and Nochex. We trade in sterling (GBP). Any figures shown on the website in other currencies are for guidance only. Check with your card issuer for their rates and fees for international transactions. Cards keyed online are automatically debited at the time of purchase.

Shipping And Handling
The website knows the weight of your order and the shipping destination. We use reliable couriers in order to get the best service for our customers.

Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel a contract, write Cancel Contract on the back of the invoice, package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days from the delivery date. We require that you notify us that you are returning the goods 24 hours prior to shipping.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as no refund can be given until we receive the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item incorrectly. Should you wish to cancel your order please note that we will not refund postage and packing costs, we will only refund item prices.

Returns Policy
We offer all our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. All products also carry a minimum of 1 year’s manufacturers warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. This does not affect your statutory right. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for exchange / credit. If you wish to return a product, please contact us to inform us that the item is being returned. For DVD’s, software pc and Video games purchased from fourthstreet returns can only be accepted if they are returned to us in original condition unopened and with all seals in tact.

Delivery Schedule
Your order will normally be dispatched the same day if we receive it before 4pm UK time Monday to Friday with the exception of English bank holidays and weekends. Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive. Note that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Failed Deliveries
NOTE: Should the courier have to make a 3rd attempt at delivery (after 2 unsuccessful attempts), there will be an extra charge of £7. You can also arrange to pick the item up from their local depot to avoid the charge. We are charged £12 by the couriers for the return to us of all failed deliveries; this charge must be passed onto you, the customer. If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery we can either re-send the order (at your cost) or issue a refund minus the courier charges both ways. For orders sent by Royal Mail there is no charge raised for the return, where appropriate the customer is still responsible for the shipping charge to re-send.
